280 Melody Gardens Drive is brand new as of 2026! Come relax and enjoy this beautiful home on a cul-de-sac in a safe, secure neighborhood. We provide a golfcart so you can park your car and visit the beach, local stores, and restaurants in a relaxed vibe (no golfcarts on Hwy 17 though). You can golfcart over to the community amenities such as indoor/outdoor pools/hot tub, bocce, basketball, tennis, baseball, fitness center (extra fee), and a park. Not to mention the numerous lakes with fountains throughout the community. It is truly a family community! If you want more to do, just hop in the car and travel north about 20-40 minutes to find a plethora of activities to do in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. We hope you enjoy your stay with us!
